Established over 45 years ago, Ghauri Dental Centre operates out of 3 London based sites where they dedicate themselves to provide high-quality NHS and Private dental care to the local community. All practices awarded BDA Good Practice by the British Dental Association. NHS England has commissioned them to carry out an extensive Out-Of-Hours Dental Emergency Service.
Ghauri Dental Centre chose us to upgrade their website as they were looking for a more sophisticated, responsive to all devices and robust site which could provide them with the latest functionalities. Their main objective was to have a new website designed that was compliant with GDPR, GDC, BDA, CQC and NHS guidelines.
One new feature that they required was having an Online appointment link with their R4 Practice Management software also a booking form for private emergency services.
In addition to this, they wanted to share online documents like policies and procedures with staff. Other required elements were adding extra pages where they could publish events, feedback forms, blogs and news as well as having a section with an updated NHS price list for every dental treatment. Finally, they wanted to show contact details of all locations and information about how to reach by local transport.

It takes a lot to drive valuable traffic to a website, so the Primary purpose of us helping Ghauri Dental Centre’s with SEO was because they needed more patients for their private services. Our client also asked us to promote their NHS services at all three locations as well as increasing their private emergency services, particularly during bank holidays and weekends.
Finally, as each dental site offered special private services, our client wanted to promote these services separately.
